There are five luxurious suites and in the Nemo Schoolhouse along with six sleeping rooms sharing the newly renovated "Boy's" and "Girls" bathrooms original to the school. The gender specific bathrooms have been renovated to not only include toilet stalls, but also shower stalls.

Once the location of a large classroom housing grades one through eight the Great Room is now an elegant yet comfortable place for guests to relax, enjoy soft music, or settle down with a beverage or book. The thermostatically controlled stone gas fireplace draws everybody into the Great Room on cool evenings. The Great Room features the original blackboards an original large library table. The center island in the kitchen area invites guests and local residents to pull up a stool and engage in lighthearted conversation. This room offers a great opportunity to learn about other people, cultures and lifestyles.
